NEW THIS YEAR - TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: If you attend six out of nine classes, you can request reimbursement of $40. After attending six classes or by April 20, 2024, please fill out this form asking for reimbursement. YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT TO REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT.
